Southern Africa
About Southern Africa
Series 02.
Hang on for the ride of your life and get ready to have your heart in your mouth. Welcome to South Africa and Botswana...this is an adventure that took us to places I’ve never imagined! Daniel is behind the camera again (which can be pretty hairy when you are filming with lions roaming close by), and an old mate of mine, Hamish - a man who loves all things outback.
We’re on safari (both in jeeps and on foot!) through Southern Africa in search of the Big Five (ie the lion, the African elephant, the Cape Buffalo, the leopard and the Black Rhinoceros - these are chosen for the difficulty in hunting them and not their size). The thing is, it’s the wet season...add getting seriously bogged in front of a pride of lions and you can imagine the rest! And that’s only half of it. Riveting viewing...awesome adventure.
Enjoy and I’m glad we’re alive to tell the tale!
Cheers, Clint
